Beach Bistro owners Sean Murphy and Susan Timmins and the Bistro team are among  ZAGAT's top rated restaurants in the country. ZAGAT, the international restaurant rating guide, just released their new Five-Star rating system. Beach Bistro received 4.9 stars out of five for excellence in food. The 4.9 star rating is the highest ZAGAT rating in Florida, and one of only a handful in the entire country. The Beach Bistro is consistently registered in ZAGAT’s “Top Restaurants in America.” The new rating system ranks restaurants out of five stars and utilizes a compilation of recent restaurant ratings by the nation’s diners. Fewer than a dozen restaurants in the nation have achieved a 4.9 star ranking.
